Good Bye Pownce

Pownce will close. It is a bit sad, the service was not that long around, but very nice. It was different to twitter, didn't had the feel of hype as twitter has. This could be because somehow it was possible to meet other people on pownce, which was a nice experience. People who click in link in a pownce post stayed much longer on the site and on each page compared to twitter. I like pownce and so more disappointed I am to read it will close. After reading the closing post, I feel somewhat strange. I can not find a reason for this move. Okay pownce was bought by someone else, but it is no not the missing reason. I will keep on posting to the very end, but I will not download all of my conversation from pownce, as it is made possible. Very sad I am not being able to stay in touch with all my friends. We all need to move some place else, but where and when and how?? What is your take on pownce? Sad it will be gone first or .... Looking forward to read your comments
