Pre-Tomorrow's Reality: Get Focus

By Andrew - Posted on 02 May 2008

Today it is all about focus. This is most important when you want to reach anything and I mean anything in life. You see everyone has the same amount of time in a day - 24 hours. It does not matter who you are, what talents you got, how your social skills, where you life. We are all equal in the amount of time we got in a day and it never changes. Now what makes the difference?

It is how we use this time. In general we sleep, eat and work. For some this is all, others add relaxing, hobby, family and friends. How do you spend your time? Take a notebook, timer or calendar and write every day for one week down everything you did. Start with today, write down how long you spend on your computer, in the internet, where did you eat who did you meet and so on. You do not have to have the time, you can be general, but as always so more details you write down so better. Why is this the first step in getting focus?

When you do this, you already getting active. All of the sudden, without much extra effort, your life is changing. You suddenly start to be more aware of what you do.

Your task for today is to start writing down what you do during the day. Start today and do it for one week.

Be back tomorrow when I start talking about goals.
Please leave a comment, let me know what you think.

Have a great day, and make this day count
