How To Properly Outsource Your Niche Business

Steal Ideas from amazon and ebay

Everyone had an extra day to find and get ideas. Hope you all could make use of the extra time. Today I will talk about where to find the ideas online. I mention already amazon and ebay. Why are these two sites son interesting? Both are big online, they offer service (ebay) and products (amazon). The difference in these two are the way they get there content or products if you like.
Amazon for one is collecting all kinds of data from everyone who visit it site or buys from them.If you ever bought anything from them you might notice that amazon has a very good memory of what you bought. They sometimes send you mail, recommending other products that are based on what you bought from amazon in the past and that past can go back years.
Based on such data and related data that amazon get or has, it is recognizing what people are interested in or search for and amazon does tailor his products to meet these needs. Amazon once was only an online bookstore with free shipping. Today it is more a big department store or mall. It has lots of products and people come, browse, buy and come back for more. Reason is because amazon has what most people are looking for.
Now what do you have from it?Remember you looking for a profitable niche. When you can find a service or product of that niche on amazon you can be almost sure that there is a market out there with customers who buy.
The beauty of amazon is you can make a search on there website and find what they offer. Once on the product page you are in information heaven. Product information, customer reviews, amazon ranking, related product or similar items as they call it. You find out what they where looking before they come to that page and where they went from that page, and it is not stopping there. All important data in front of you, no more searching. Have a look in what category it is and you got a niche right there.
But amazon is also a great place for products you could offer on your future website. Once you got your niche you can come back to amazon and promote there products on your site and get a commission for every sale that generates from your visitors. Nice and easy, isn't it?!
Have a good look at there categories and subcategories. Each of them is a niche or a niche in a niche. With other words one of the amazon categories or subcategories is a niche idea for you.
ebayGoing to ebay and looking at there categories reveals a wealth on ideas for your business online and sometimes even offline. Each of ebays categories stand for one niche and when ebay categories have subcategories they would be a niche in itself or you can call them a niche in a niche.
Ebay has all these categories, because people are searching and selling items in these categories. Having a look at ebay is a reflection on what people are looking for and what others offer. When looking at the categories and what they offer, with other words what people try to sell in these categories can give a first feel or feedback on what to expect from the niche.
When there are a lot of people offering good for sale or to auction and hardly anyone buys, most auctions end with no sales. It is an indication that the market does not have many buyers. On the contrast when lots of people bid for a products it is an indication that people are interested in the product.
When looking at ebay the buyer is like the visitor for your website and the seller is you and the competition. Having competition is good, having lots of buyers and low competition is what you are looking for.
Ebay and Amazon are two great places to get ideas and to get the first feel for a niche. Go and visit these two sites and take notes. Write down the category name and if there are subcategories write the best once down as well. Bookmark the place too, so you find it again when you need to.
