Step 2: Log in and Follow me on Twitter. click on twitter.com/me_andrew and under my picture on Twitter you find a button called "Follow". Push the button now and you are done.

That is all what it takes to get started on Twitter. Easy isn't it.
 
Twitter marketing is possible, too. The site has millions of subscribers worldwide and so you can easily find prospects there. By building relationships, you can increase your site traffic and at the same time, increase the sales when you got any products on your website.
 
In marketing your products or services, you must be able to penetrate your target market. You can use Twitter to build relationships with your prospects. This should be the first priority when using any social network. Making new friends is quite easy with the help of social networks.

 

In marketing terms people on Twitter or any other social network who follow you are prospects, but you should never refer to them with this term. You must ensure that your prospects know you. Introduce yourself to them and make friends. By building relationships, your prospects will eventually like you. Once you earn their trust, you can now offer your products/services.
